If you receive an error saying that your credit card
payment was not successful, no money was taken from
your credit or debit card or account, although your
details will be stored securely on our system.
Please make sure that you have enough money on your
credit card or bank account, and then try again. Alternatively,
try an alternate card.

Don't panic. We are real
people dealing with your orders. If we find two payments
for one order, we will first contact you via e-mail to
confirm your intentions. We can then simply cancel and
refund one of the two payments made. Please e-mail us
immediately if you think you have mistakenly paid twice.
