1. My credit card payment failed, what should I do ?

If you receive an error saying that your credit card payment was not successful, no money was taken from your credit or debit card or account, although your details will be stored securely on our system.
Please make sure that you have enough money on your credit card or bank account, and then try again. Alternatively, try an alternate card.

Yes, your credit card number is absolutely secure. We route your credit card information through very secure 128bit SSL to the authorization server. We don't store your credit card number.

4. Is there any hidden cost involved ?

No There is no hidden cost involved all prices are inclusive of the delivery charges and local taxes.

 
5. I think I may have mistakenly paid twice for my order ?

Don't panic. We are real people dealing with your orders. If we find two payments for one order, we will first contact you via e-mail to confirm your intentions. We can then simply cancel and refund one of the two payments made. Please e-mail us immediately if you think you have mistakenly paid twice.
